SHIPPING MODES
- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

PROCESSING ORDERS
After placing your order, You will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Kryptex Tradings.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

Some FAQs about Shipping
- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

The Aniioki A8 Pro Max Dual Motor runs two synchronized 2500W direct-drive hub motors (3000W peak each) delivering 250 Nm of combined torque through all-wheel drive. The 60V architecture comes in two battery options - 70Ah (4200Wh) and 80Ah (4800Wh) - pushing pedal-assist range to 230+ miles on the larger pack and 75-90 miles on throttle alone. Dual 35A controllers manage power delivery across both motors while IPX6-rated housings handle wet-weather riding.
The CBS (Combined Braking System) links front and rear calipers through a unified control mechanism - engaging the front brake simultaneously activates rear pistons for balanced brake force distribution. Dual 300mm rotors with four-piston front calipers and six-piston rear calipers provide the stopping power this level of motor output demands. A 6061 aluminum frame with air fork (lockout) and adjustable rear shock creates a full-suspension platform rated for 400 lbs total load on 20x4.0-inch puncture-protected fat tires.
