SHIPPING MODES
- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

PROCESSING ORDERS
After placing your order, You will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Kryptex Tradings.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

Some FAQs about Shipping
- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

Aniioki A8 Pro Max Fat Tire E-Bike
The Aniioki A8 Pro Max single-motor model comes in two configurations: a 48V 60Ah (2880Wh) version with a 1200W motor (1600W peak) and a 52V 70Ah (3640Wh) version with a 1600W motor (2000W peak). The 52V configuration delivers 100-120 Nm of torque and up to 210 miles of pedal-assist range, while the 48V delivers 90-100 Nm with up to 200 miles PAS range. Both use Grade A EV lithium-ion cells with an advanced BMS that protects against overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits.
The battery sits in a fully integrated compartment with a reinforced 4mm-thick protective casing - not an exposed external pack. Adjustable front fork and rear spring suspension paired with 20x4.0-inch puncture-protected fat tires handle rough terrain, while hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping. The 52V model includes a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain and 5-level pedal assist; the 48V model runs single-speed with 3 PAS gears. Both charge in under 10 hours via included 8A chargers.
