SHIPPING MODES
- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

PROCESSING ORDERS
After placing your order, You will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Kryptex Tradings.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

Some FAQs about Shipping
- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

The Aniioki A9 Pro Max Dual Motor is the larger-frame counterpart to the A8, built on 26x4.8-inch fat tires for taller riders (5'11" to 6'4"). The 2025 models run dual 2500W motors (3000W peak each) while the 2026 models upgrade to dual 3000W motors (3500W peak each) - both on the same 60V platform with 70Ah (4200Wh) or 80Ah (4800Wh) battery options. Combined torque reaches 250 Nm across both hubs, with pedal-assist range stretching to 240 miles on the largest pack.
The 2026 models introduce a 2-in-1 charger that both charges the battery and converts stored energy into AC output - turning the A9 into a portable power station for tools, devices, and camping equipment. The same CBS braking system from the A8 carries over: dual 300mm rotors with 8-piston front and 6-piston rear calipers orchestrated through linked braking logic. Full suspension (air fork with lockout, adjustable rear shock), Shimano 7-speed drivetrain, and the 5-inch multi-function display with Bluetooth and HD recording complete the package.
