- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

The DEFENDER-S gives you total control over your traction. You can flip the switch to the left for front-wheel drive (great for pulling through soft sand), to the right for rear-wheel drive (efficient for flat pavement), or keep it in the middle to engage both motors for maximum All-Wheel Drive climbing power.
Is this bike legal for on-road use?
The bike arrives with a speed limit of 15.5 MPH to comply with various on-road regulations. However, for off-road use on private property or designated trails, the speed limit can be unlocked via the display settings to reach speeds of up to 28 MPH.
Can I install the secondary 17Ah battery on any frame size?
The 17Ah secondary battery is specifically compatible with the 19" frame model. Please note that to utilize the 17Ah second battery on the 19" DEFENDER-S, it is necessary to lock out the rear shock to ensure proper clearance during your ride.
What is the advantage of the aluminum bash guard?
When riding through thick brush or over rocky terrain, your chainring is vulnerable. The Defender-S includes a side aluminum bash guard that protects the chainring teeth from strikes and helps keep the chain firmly locked in place, preventing derailment during high-torque climbs.
How do I charge the dual battery system?
Both batteries are removable and can be charged using the included US standard smart charger. You can charge them while they are attached to the bike or remove them with a simple twist of a key to charge them inside your home or office.
