SHIPPING MODES
- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Kryptex Tradings.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

Some FAQs about Shipping
- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

Why is a mid-drive motor better for hunting or steep trails?
A mid-drive motor, like the Bafang M615 on the FAT-HS, drives the crank of the bike rather than the wheel. This allows the motor to leverage the bike's 9-speed transmission. In a low gear, the motor can crawl up nearly vertical hills or through deep mud with ease; in a high gear, it can reach higher top speeds. Hub motors cannot change their internal gear ratio and often overheat in high-torque, low-speed situations.
Can I use a 17Ah secondary battery on all frame sizes?
There are specific compatibility requirements for the 17Ah secondary battery. It is designed for the 19" frame model. Please note that when using the 17Ah secondary battery on the 19" frame, you must lock out the rear shock to ensure proper clearance and avoid damage to the battery or frame.
Is the FAT-HS safe for riding in wet or snowy conditions?
Absolutely. The FAT-HS features waterproof connectors for the display and motor system, and the Kenda fat tires are specifically designed for low-pressure traction on snow and mud. However, as with all electric bikes, it should be cleaned after use in salt or mud and should never be submerged in water.
What is "Push Mode" on the display?
Push Mode is a specialized walk-assist feature. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to walk the bike up an extremely steep hill or through thick brush, you can activate this mode via the display, and the motor will provide a slow, steady walking pace of power to take the weight off your hands.
What maintenance does a mid-drive motor require?
Because the motor puts its power through the chain, it is important to keep your drivetrain clean and well-lubricated. We recommend checking your chain for wear regularly and ensuring your gears are indexed correctly to handle the 160 Nm of torque the Bafang motor provides.
