- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Kryptex Tradings.

We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

How does the dual battery system work? Is it hard to operate?
Not at all. EUNORAU’s smart controller manages the entire process automatically. When you have two batteries installed, the bike pulls power intelligently between them, automatically switching power sources on the fly without requiring you to stop, turn off the bike, or flip a physical switch.
Do I have to use a smartphone to ride the bike?
No. The bike features a fully independent, waterproof BC182 LCD display right on the handlebar that shows all your essential data like battery percentage, current speed, and assist levels. The EUNORAU GO smartphone app is an optional premium feature for riders who want to utilize GPS trip logging or track fitness metrics.
Are the included fenders and lights removable?
Yes, the front and rear full-coverage fenders can be removed if you prefer a stripped-down look. However, the integrated LED lighting system is wired directly into the bike's main electronics for your safety and is best left connected.
