SHIPPING MODES
- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Kryptex Tradings.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

Is the NEW-TRIKE 2.0 easy to transport in a car?
Yes! The NEW-TRIKE 2.0 features a folding mechanism on the main frame and a quick-release folding stem. While it is larger than a standard folding bike due to the rear axle, it can fit into most SUVs, minivans, and hatchbacks when folded, making it much more portable than traditional non-folding trikes.
How does the parking brake work?
The hydraulic brake levers are equipped with a manual locking pin. When engaged, it keeps the brakes clamped shut, preventing the trike from rolling away while you are loading groceries into the rear basket or parking on a sloped driveway.
What is the advantage of the 20" x 3.0" tires?
The 3-inch wide Innova tires provide a "plus-sized" footprint that offers significantly more stability and shock absorption than standard thin tires. This allows the trike to handle cracked pavement, light gravel, and boardwalks with a much smoother and more cushioned ride quality.
Can I adjust the motor power for a slower ride?
Absolutely. The EUNORAU BC182 display allows you to choose from 5 levels of pedal assist. If you prefer a more leisurely pace, level 1 or 2 provides gentle assistance. For steep hills or when carrying heavy loads, level 5 provides the full 750W peak output.
Is the backrest removable?
The backrest is fully adjustable for height to accommodate different rider sizes. While it is designed to stay attached for maximum comfort and safety, it can be adjusted to its lowest setting or removed if a rider prefers a more traditional saddle feel.
