- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors.
