- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Kryptex Tradings.

We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

The EKIDS-24 is designed to be versatile. Parents can set the maximum speed based on the riding environment or the child's experience level. The 7.5 MPH setting is perfect for crowded parks, while the 15.5 MPH setting allows older or more experienced kids to keep up on family trail rides.
Why does the throttle have a "safety start" feature?
To ensure the safety of young riders, the throttle is programmed to remain inactive until the bike is physically moving at about 2 MPH. This prevents the bike from "whiskey throttling" or surging forward if the child accidentally twists the handle while standing still.
Is the seat height adjustable?
Yes. The comfortable, padded saddle features a wide adjustment range from 15 inches to 30.7 inches from the ground. This allows the bike to accommodate growing children within the recommended height range of 3'5" to 5'5".
How long does it take to charge the battery?
The included US standard 2.0A smart charger will fully replenish the 10Ah battery in approximately 4 to 5 hours. We recommend charging the bike after every ride to ensure it's always ready for the next adventure.
Can this bike handle "off-road" paths?
