- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

PROCESSING ORDERS
After placing your order, You will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Kryptex Tradings.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

Some FAQs about Shipping
- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

How does the "Zero Resistance" motor benefit my ride?
Unlike standard e-bike motors that can feel heavy to pedal when the battery is off, the Newport Elite Max uses a Zero Resistance Hub Motor. This contains a clutch that completely disengages the motor internals when you aren't using power, so the bike feels and pedals exactly like a lightweight, non-electric cruiser.
Is the battery hidden or bulky?
The LiPo4 lithium battery pack is designed to be slim and compact. It mounts to the frame directly below the seat, making it hardly noticeable while maintaining a balanced center of gravity for better handling.
What are the different ways I can ride this bike?
You have three options:

Twist Throttle: Ride it like a scooter without pedaling at all.

Pedal Assist (PAS): Choose from 3 power levels (Low, Med, High) on the LED panel to assist your pedaling.

Manual: Turn the power off and use the Shimano 7-speed gears to ride it like a traditional bike.
Can I leave the bike outside at the beach?
While the Newport Elite Max is built with a 100% aluminum frame and stainless hardware to resist rust and corrosion from salty sea air, we always recommend wiping it down after beach rides and storing it in a covered area to keep the electrical components and finish in top condition.
