SHIPPING MODES
- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

PROCESSING ORDERS
After placing your order, You will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Kryptex Tradings.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

Some FAQs about Shipping
- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

By switching to Torque Mode on the Pioneer Plus, the motor measures how hard you are pushing and matches your effort instantly. This creates a much more natural feel, especially when climbing hills or accelerating from a stop.
Do I have to charge the batteries separately?
You have the choice! The Pioneer Plus comes with two individual chargers, allowing you to charge both batteries at the same time for a faster turnaround. Both batteries are removable, so you can take them inside to charge while leaving the bike in your garage.
How does the Step-Through frame affect off-road performance?
The Step-Through design makes the bike much easier to mount and dismount, which is incredibly helpful when the bike is loaded with gear on the rear rack. While it offers more convenience, the A6061 aluminum frame is engineered to be just as rugged and durable as traditional high-step mountain bike frames.
Are the tires truly puncture-proof?
