SHIPPING MODES
- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

That's why unlike most of our competitors who offer free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount, we offer free shipping on every order - big or small. We understand that your money is important to you and we work hard to keep as much of it in your pocket as possible.
PROCESSING ORDERS
After placing your order, You will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Kryptex Tradings.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

Some FAQs about Shipping
- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

The F18 is the most aggressive mid-drive in HappyRun's lineup. A 6000W peak motor produces 245 Nm of torque - the highest of any Tank or F-series model - fed through a three-gear transmission that caps at 46 mph in top gear. Gear 1 limits output to 17 mph for technical sections and low-speed maneuvering. Gear 2 opens up to 28 mph for trail cruising. Gear 3 unlocks the full 46 mph top speed for open stretches and fast descents. That three-step structure lets you match power delivery to the terrain instead of managing a single overwhelming output band. Full suspension pairs a hydraulic front fork with an oil-spring rear damper - a step above basic coil shocks - for progressive, controlled absorption over rocks, drops, and high-speed rough terrain.
The frame sits low with a 26.5-inch seat height, the lowest in the HappyRun lineup, making it accessible to riders as short as 3'11" while keeping the center of gravity planted for taller riders up to 6'1". A 60V 30Ah lithium battery (1800 Wh total capacity) delivers up to 60 miles per charge on the higher-voltage platform that resists sag under sustained load. Staggered moto-format tires - 70/100-17 front, 90/100-14 rear - run aggressive off-road tread for grip on loose dirt, mud, and gravel. Hydraulic disc brakes handle the deceleration side, and an integrated lighting system covers visibility with a long-range headlight and high-visibility taillight.
