SHIPPING MODES
- Economy (FREE): This shipping is completely free to all. Delivery period can take up to 8 days to arrives. This mode is suitable for people who have no rush with receiving the items. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment delivery.

PROCESSING ORDERS
After placing your order, You will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Kryptex Tradings.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.

- Do you ship outside Canada? Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
- How will my order be delivered? Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having someone to help the delivery person unload the shipment.
- When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 5 days).

Q: How does the Beluga handle hills?
A: Thanks to the customized high-speed geared motor and 40Nm of torque, the Beluga is built to handle climbs of up to 18°. When combined with the Shimano 7-speed mechanical gear system, you can easily find the right resistance to conquer urban inclines.
Q: Are the tires prone to going "out of true"?
A: No. The Beluga uses cast alloy rims instead of traditional wire spokes. These one-piece wheels are much more durable, won't go out of true, and are less likely to get damaged when riding on rough, all-terrain roads.
Q: Can I charge my phone while I ride?
A: Yes! The KT-7 LCD Display includes an integrated USB charging port, allowing you to keep your smartphone or GPS powered up directly from the e-bike's main battery while you travel.

Q: How far can Qualisports bikes go on a single charge?
A: Distance differs on the terrain, the weight of the cyclist, and the power mode you are using (pedal only, full Throttle, or pedal assist). The typical range on Beluga is 20 to 45 miles on a single charge using primarily electric power. If you use the PAS, mileage can increase. Some riders can achieve over 45 miles when cycling in pedal-assist mode.
Q: How to turn on/off the front headlight?
A: Turn on the LCD display, hold the display's UP button for 2-3 seconds, and the headlight/LCD display background light will both be turned on. Hold the power button the same way to turn it off.
Q: Is the bike pre-assembled?
A: 95% of the bikes are pre-assembled, with detailed installation videos for the front and rear fenders.
